3,000m steeplechase champion, Conseslus Kipruto has been sued by a woman claiming to have had his child.
The woman identified as Horta Jesang has sued the world champion for child neglect.
Ms Jesang filed the suit at a children’s court in Eldoret seeking 50,000 monthly upkeep for their son.
She has said that the two lived together as a couple between the year 2015 and 2016 but later broke up after having the baby.

The athlete has allegedly cut all communication with Jesang.
The Court will hear the case on 25 September.
