    IBM East Africa CEO Nick Nesbitt Blamed for Trying to Manipulate Kenya’s Election Results

    IBM East Africa General Manager Nick Nesbitt is being blamed for being a part of a team individuals tasked by the current government to manipulate the election results in Kenya.

    According to opposition coalition NASA, Nesbitt is believed to be leading a team of individuals whose mission is to inflate votes on behalf of the ruling party Jubilee.

    The allegations were contained in a dossier released by opposition lawyer and senator James Orengo.

    Nick Nesbitt was instrumental in 2013 where his company Kencall mirrored IEBC servers and inflated votes before the tallying at BOMAS. Despite being a private company CEO, Nick Nesbitt is a common figure in most of the presidential functions.

    We have reached over to IBM over these allegations. We are yet to get response.

    Nicholas Nesbitt was appointed as IBM East Africa General Manager in August 2013. Nesbitt is also the Chairman of Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA).
