The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has announced pay cuts for IEBC commissioners just days after the general elections.

Sarah Serem said that the commissioners will be paid Sh.747,621 from Sh.765,188 per month.

The changes will also affect the office of the DPP and all constitutional commissions. Members of the commissions and and vice chair persons will receive a salary of Sh. 621,250 instead of Sh.650,000 per month.
