    Nyeri Toilet 2

Devolution is here with us. There are many instances where the devolved funds are changing lives but there are also few instances when the leaders of the counties just pilfer funds/

A case in point is the project where Nyeri County built a public toilet for Ksh 3.8million. The toilet doesn’t look like it cant even take Ksh 2 million but the county has declared spending such amount on the Whispers Park sanitation project. Residents have questioned the spending with some calling it a very blatant abuse of public resources.
