    Court Orders Prosecution To Complete Gilbert Deya Case In 120 Days

    DeyaThe High has upheld the decision to deny televangelist Gilbert Deya bail but has given the prosecution 120 days to complete the case or the court will grant him bail.

    Gilbert Deya had through his advocate Francis Andayi  appealed to the high court against the decision of the chief magistrate court to deny him bail.

    The televangelist was arrested and extradited from Britain on charges of child trafficking.

    He had earlier complained of not being given VIP treatment at Kamiti maximum prison which was part of the extradition conditions

    The prosecution had however denied that he was promised VIP treatment saying that he would was only allowed to not share a cell.Gilbert Deya has been held at the prison pending trial

    The Hearing is set to be  heard on October 9 and 16
