The labour and Employment court , a division of the high court is on the spot over allegations of massive corruption and ineptitude that stinks to the heavens.

This was revealed by Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi who took to his twitter account to throw the court under the propeller of disapproval and further challenged the Judicial Service Commission to do something.

“At the right fee, you can walk out any judgement, total disgrace” he added.

Last week, the same court got tongues wagging when it passed a judgment ordering the National carrier (KQ) to reinstate embattled former Finance boss Alex Mbugua who was sacked after the airline experienced massive losses.

A report on customer and employee satisfaction, and work environment survey released by the Judiciary last year and four months before Chief Justice David Maraga took office, shows that 60 per cent of those interviewed agreed that they had to give an inducement to staff at the Employment and Labour Court  for services and case processing.
