21-year old songtress Judith Kwamboka Orare alias Natella has wowed netizens with a new jam, Attention, which is threatening to topple top class female singers in the industry.
In the song, the multi-talented singer, who is also an actress, seeks attention from his love, in the lyrics that mix well with classical instrumentals.
Natella started singing when she was a little girl in primary school and later in school choirs. Now, she does urban contemporary music.
Unlike other artistes who coin their stage names from their music careers, Natella got her name from friends in a role she undertook while in her acting career.

“The name Natella came from a book that we used to act called Caucasian Chalk Circle. Normally I played the part of the lady called Natella and so my friends started calling me that and it stuck to date,” she says.
On her new song Attention, Natella says that she wrote the song based on her personal experiences with a lover that didn’t pay her the attention she deserved.
Natella says that she draws her musical inspiration from Nigeria’s Seyi Shay, the svelte-figured star behind the smash hit ‘Murda’.
Locally, the velvet-voiced crooner draws her inspiration from the richly-talented Dela Maranga.
