Makueni Senator, Mutula Kilonzo Jr was rushed to Kapsabet County Referral Hospital after he had a choking incident while having lunch at Eden Springs Hotel in Kapsabet town.
The occurrence happened after a morning session at the Nandi County assembly.
The Senator who allegedly choked on a piece of meat had first aid administered on him before he was rushed to hospital.
He was with other senators among them, Yusuf Haji, Susan Kihika, Mohamed Faki, Rose Nyamunga and Boniface Kabaka.
