AFC Leopards mid-season signing Alex Orotumal is on his way out of the club, according to Kahawa Tungu sources.

The 24-year-old Nigerian striker could complete a move to Ethiopian Premier League giants St. Georges Friday.

Alex was signed by Ingwe’s patron and Nairobi County Senator Johnson Sakaja from Sunrise FC of Rwanda on a two-year-deal.

“The move could be sealed by the end of today (Friday). Leopards have accepted a Ksh1.5 million offer,” one source said.

EPL transfer deadline for foreign players closes Friday.

The Horsemen on Thursday roped in immediate former Tusker FC goalkeeper Patrick Matasi on a three-year-deal worth Ksh4 million.

Matasi is currently the Harambee Stars first choice keeper and was a star performer as Kenya thumped Ethiopia 3-0 in the Afcon 2019 qualifiers.
