    Officer Dressed In Civilian Clothes Apprehends Vehicle Carrying Excess Passengers

    A police officer, Daniel Erogon, attached to Nyayo Stadium stopped a vehicle he had boarded from carrying excess passengers, after he turned and realized that passengers had squeezed on the conductor’s seat.

    The police officer dressed in a civilian outfit had boarded the vehicle on his normal commute.

    He did not realize that the conductor had carried excess passengers until he was tapped to pay for his fare and turned to pass the money when saw that a passenger was seated between the seats.

    The officer reacted and told the other passengers not to pay for the trip since the driver and the conductor were breaking traffic rules.

    “Wait, you are carrying excess passengers! You can not do this when I am here. Now it seems you people think the crackdown is over right?” he posed.
