    CfC Stanbic Launches Online Stock Trading

    CFC Stanbic Financial Services has launched the Kenyan first online share trading platform . If you are a local or foreign investors with shares at NSE, you will now be able to buy and sell shares online through CfC Stanbic Financial Services secure Online Share Trading’s (OST) .

    The online trading platform was launched by the PS  Dr Bitange Ndemo today morning in Nairobi. Dr Ndemo appreciated the move by CfC Stanbic Financial Service saying that the Online Share Trading system had taken Kenya’s equity market to the next level.

    Investors will from the comfort of wherever they are and just with an internet connection be able to securely place their orders, modify and cancel orders, view order histories, and order status.

    CFC says that their online system is set up on a highly secure and encrypted platform to protect investor information and transactions. Clients will also have real time access to various reports including portfolio valuations, transaction statements, margin reports, contract notes, and stock holding reports.

    The man behind this is former CMA big boy, Chris Mwebesa who now goes by the name,  Nkoregamba Mwebesa. He is the MD of CFC Stanbic.
