AFA Announces Over 100 Job Openings

The Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA) has opened applications for more than 100 job positions across the country.

In a notice issued on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the authority said the positions are permanent and pensionable.

AFA is looking to hire a range of staff, including a Director for the Technical Directorate, 20 Compliance Officers, a Market and Product Development Officer, a Records Management Officer, 10 Crops Development Officers, five Security Officers, 26 Assistant Compliance Officers, and 10 Assistant Quality Assurance Officers.

The agency is also recruiting two mechanics, two electricians, a plumber, six balers, nine drivers, and five Office Assistants.

Interested applicants are advised to visit the AFA website for the full advertisement and application details at www.afa.go.ke.

Applications must be submitted by 2:00 pm East African Time on April 14, 2026.

The authority warned, “Applicants are informed that any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.”
