Africans online are telling off US President, Donald Trump who during a meeting with congress made referred to African countries as ‘shithole countries.’
On Thursday during a meeting with congressmen and senators on immigration reforms demanded to know why the US should accept immigrants from the ‘shithole countries.’
”Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” the President posed as reported by Washington Post.
Trump according to sources privy to the details said that he was referring to Haiti. But on the other hand, said the US would be accepting immigrants from Norway, whose Prime Minister he met on Wednesday.
”Why do we need more Haitians? Take them out,” he said.
The upset lot took to social media to vilify Trump who has never had a problem making racially charged comments.
