Madam boss, Akothee has a few words for Kenyan celebrities.

The mother of five points out that it’s never that serious when it comes to sharing your life with the world.

“Do you think there is any one who knows or cares about your dreams? Do you think there is anyone happy when you are successful? What will happen today if internet doesn’t exist?” she posed.

This lecture comes after news of Kobi Kihara faking her Instagram lifestyle broke out last week.

“Live your life, fantasy is a killer of dreams , you will lie to people until the lies become part of your life and even end up lying to yourself, that’s why most people end up living a lie because they can’t face reality!?” she advised.

Akothee has called on Kenyan celebrities to strive to live a happy life in real life and not just online.

“Be you , and if they don’t like it , let them beat you or unfollow you ! Or #calpolis, imagine they don’t care that much , they are having fun following your life!”

The singer said that she has learnt to be true to herself and only post what she wants her fans to see. Either way, she lives a better life than the one she posts online.
