FIFA has suspended Sierra Football Association (SLFA) from international football community “until further notice.” The decision was taken by the Bureau of the FIFA Council Friday and communicated to all members of the world football body. Sierra Leone national teams and clubs will therefore not part in any international competitions until the ban is lifted. Ayub Timbe Masika has been ruled out of action for two weeks with knee and shoulder injuries. Football Kenya Federation boss Nick Mwendwa has appealed for more government support ahead of Harambee Stars 2019 Afcon qualifiers double header against Ethiopia next week. The federation is also preparing the Emerging Stars for U-23 Afcon qualifiers.
