Ex-Shujaa captain and rugby sevens legend Humphrey Kayange has been appointed to the board of the Kenya Academy of Sports alongside marathon great Tegla Loroupe. The appointments took effect starting 20 September 2018. 36-year-old Kayange is the Chairman Athletes Commission at the National Olympic Commission of Kenya (NOCK). Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has frozen Football Kenya Federation (FKF) bank accounts over Ksh 44million tax arrears. The amount was accrued during the past regime led by Sam Nyamweya. “It’s true for the past four months FKF bank accounts have remained frozen.
