The High has upheld the decision to deny televangelist Gilbert Deya bail but has given the prosecution 120 days to complete the case or the court will grant him bail. Chief justice Maraga has said that the case would not have changed even if heard in different Jurisdictions.He said that the case was simple but the IEBC fumbled it. The IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has released a new memo saying that the commision does not need to await the full judgement from the Supreme Court to commence rectifying the issues that were raised.
