A Jambojet flight destined for Kisumu failed to land and was force to return to Nairobi due to bad weather following the heavy down pour in the lakeside city. The plane JM8656 was reportedly unable to land as a result of poor visibility. The passengers who were  transferred to the Wednesday flight. The police investigating the murder of 29 year old  Joseph Nyakundi.  Detectives say that CCTV footage indicates that there was 31 minutes that the location of lawyer Assa Nyakundi  is unaccounted for. The lawyer had said that he accidentally shot his son near his home in Muthaiga. The son was seated on the back seat as the two were coming from church. A bean named after Raila Odinga will soon grace the market. The bean is named Raila because of its crisp, dark tone that farmers said is similar to the pigmentation of the opposition leader. The name was given to the bean during the Australian-funded project called the Maize-Legume Cropping Systems for Food Security in Eastern and Southern Africa (Simlesa). Contrary reports have emerged from the county executive committee member on health services stating that it was a leakage from an internal meeting. Mohamed Dagane revealed that no cases of cholera had been reported in Nairobi but confirmed that they ha received patients with cholera like symptoms and diarrhoea who had been treated at various hospitals around the city. Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has banned Matatus from parking on Tom Mboya street in the Nairobi central Business district. The director of parking  said that all matatus plying the same route would park at a designated terminus as opposed to along Tom Mboya street as that was not designated for tt purpose.
