Three women have been confirmed dead and several others injured after a stampede that happened at Prophet Bushiri’s church in Pretoria. According to reports the stampede occurred as the congregants were running to shelter from the heavy thunderstorm that was experienced. The family of activist Bonface Mwangi narrowly escaped death in the hand of a drunk driver at the Embakasi Area. Reuben Kiborek, PA to Water cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui has been charged for defiling Chelugui’s 16 year old daughter contrary to section 8 (4) of the sexual offenses act. Kiborek is said to have defiled the minor from  Emining in Mogotio and drove her to Sarova Woodlands Hotel in Nakuru, where he committed the act. “On December 23, 2018, at Sarova Woodlands Hotel in Nakuru East within Nakuru County intentionally and unlawfully defiled a child aged 16-years-old,” read part of the charge sheet. Court Documents from American courts have revealed that Jared Ombongi who is Citizen TV Lilian Muli’s baby daddy was married to three women in quest to seek American citizenship. Civil Society organizations will today match from Kibra to police headquarters at Vigilance House to protest  the death of slain Leeds University student Carilton David Maina. The late Maina was shot by police in Kibera as he was returning home from watching a football match. A court in Nairobi has issued preservatory orders  against Meru senator Mithika Linturi from accessing his Runda home. The court stated that both the senator and his agents  were barred from accessing the home that was inhabited by his estranged wife Mary Anne Keitany. Sebastian Maina Ngunju has claimed to be the biological father of the Late George Saitoti’s son Zachary Musengi. Ngunju claims that his son was kidnapped 24 years ago from their home in Subukia and has asked for the body of the former internal security minister be exhumed so that a DNA test can be conducted six years after the Minister died in a plane crash. “My third born child was kidnapped and after 24 years, I found the boy at the late Saitoti’s home. Eight people have died in two different accidents that occurred along the Nairobi Mombasa highway. In the first accident that left three KDF soldiers dead the lorry they were traveling on lost control and the truck veered off the road and overturned.  The accident happened near Salama Market.
