President Uhuru Kenyatta has signed the controversial Finance Bill of 2018 into law. Assenting the bill, President Kenyatta said that he will ensure proper utilization of public resources for a better Kenya. Two police officers were arrested after defrauding a Malian foreigner from his apartment in Kilimani. The police officers are reported to have ransacked the house taking a few items. The police officers took $8,000 (Sh806,480), Sh83,000, three Rolex watches each valued at $15,000 and his passport.
