A Kitengela family is distraught after the body of their 11-year-old kin was discovered a few metres from his home. Emanuel Kibet Kipkemboi of Jamii Bora estate in Kitengela was found in a deserted house. ODM leader Raila Odinga has praised the Supreme Court’s decision on the Building Bridges Initiative, saying it upholds Kenyan people’s sovereignty. Meru Senator Mithika Linturi’s attempted sexual assault case has taken a new twist after the lead investigator stated they are looking into evidence tampering allegations. A couple has been arrested attempting to leave Kenya after brutalizing and killing a three-year-old boy in February. Phylis Njeri and her husband, Jockson Ngui, were on Wednesday smoked out of their hideout in Illasit village, close to the Kenya-Tanzanian border by Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives. The couple is accused of killing David Ndung’u at their home in Kwa Maji area within Mowlem, in Kamukunji sub-county, as his six-year-old brother watched. Drama erupted at the Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday after Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei got into an altercation with the trial magistrate.
