A Meru based Catholic priest murdered outside a bar in the wee hours of Tuesday morning had been in a relationship with a 25-year-old woman for the past six years. Eutychus Murangiri, 32, a priest at Limbine Parish in Tigania West, was in the company of two other people, a man and a woman. A Memphis lounge bouncer has been arrested in connection with an attack that happened in the wee hours of Monday morning. The bouncer is said to have been among nine men including a “short, brown man” who attacked Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s daughter Saumu Mbuvi. The legislator assaulted Maurice Otieno for posting what he said was a defamatory Facebook post.
