Human rights lawyer Harun Ndubi was on Monday charged with careless driving and failing to obey verbal directives given by a police officer by declining to blow into a breathalyzer. A woman who went missing on Tuesday last week while on her way to the hospital has been found dead at the City Mortuary. Mildred Odira worked at a company based at the Nation Centre, Foresight Company as a switchboard operator. Fifteen Kenyan fishermen were arrested on Thursday in the waters of Lake Victoria and detained in Sota Police Station, Tanzania for allegedly trespassing into the water borders of Tanzania. Three people connected to the Dusit D2 attack have been freed by a Nyeri court after the police withdrew case for lack of evidence. The three; Abdul Kibiringi, James Mwai Mwangi and Habiba Gedi Hunshur were arrested last week on Friday and appeared in court on Monday.
