Dennis Kiptoo in a post that has since gone viral said that there will be ethnic clashes should Deputy President William Ruto not ascend to power come 2022. Naivasha estate residents were in shock as a mother and two pastors exhumed the body of her dead daughter. The unidentified woman arrived in Karati village in the company of her sister and two clergymen seeking to bring the girl back to life. A man has accused Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) officers of threatening his life after he blasted Olarro Conservancy, Mara Elephant Project (MEP) and KWS for smuggling an infant elephant. In a post dated January 6, the man identified as Sekerot Ole Mpetti claimed that the conservancy conspired with MEP to separate an infant elephant from its mother on January 2 using gunfire in the Oloirien Area next to Ripoi. Two men caused a scene during a game drive at the Masai Mara National Reserve when they got into an altercation. The heated exchange was between a driver identified as John Lesian and a domestic tourist known as Hillary Murage. From an amateur video doing rounds online, it is not clear why the two got into it but witnesses can be heard screaming at the Lesian. Governor Mike Sonko has accused his former Education CEC Janet Muthoni Ouko of misusing bursary funds hence her resignation on Monday. Speaking in Mombasa on Wednesday, the governor said that Ms Ouko in cahoots with other unidentified individuals illegally operated bank accounts where county funds were channeled. “The former CEC and her staff have been issuing bursary cheques to Obudhe education centre since during Evans Kidero era. Polish energy drink manufacturer Mutalo Group has opened a subsidiary in Kenya, after two years of testing the waters with its energy drink brand, Kabisa. This firm ventured into Kenyan market two years ago, by importing the drink to the Kenyan market. A Rwandan model was on Tuesday killed by her domestic worker for unknown reasons. Alexia Uwera Mupende, 35, was apparently stabbed to death by her 23 year old house maid at her father’s home Nyarugunga Sector, Kicukiro District in Rwanda. News of her death first circulated on social media last night at around 9 pm and later confirmed by Rwanda Investigation Bureau spokesperson Modeste Mbabazi.
