A man is in distress after his wife got pregnant despite him undergoing a vasectomy in March 2004. Samuel Gatenjwa has sued Marie Stopes and wants a detailed explanation from the doctor as to why the operation failed even after they assured him that it was going to work. In his court papers, Mr Gatenjwa says Marie Stopes doctors led by Dr Igogi assured him that the operation was a success. Bryant Swenson and his wife Lauren were driving down the road when they noticed a matatu. The Monday matatu CBD ban was just but a drill, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has said. Speaking at a KCB graduation ceremony, the county boss noted that he is going to decongest the city even if it meant costing him a second term in office. The Burundi Government on Wednesday sent a verbal message to the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHCR) ordering them out in two months. According to French news agency, AFP, the government also wants all international employees redeployed in the two months time frame. “All international staff must be immediately redeployed and the office has two months to pack up and close its doors,” a foreign affairs ministry staffer told the agency. Moi University School of Medicine has been forced to recall fourth year examinations due to leakage claims. The students started writing their exams on Monday but did bot continue because there we rumours that some of the questions were doing rounds online. Uganda Internet service providers on Thursday blocked explicit sites as directed by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). According to the Pornography Control Committee chairperson, Dr Annette Kezaabu, there is a slight drop in the number of people accessing the blue video sites. “As I speak, we have a team that is compiling a list of other porn sites that will be blocked. Queens counsel Khawar Qureshi has been appointed by the DPP to exclusively handle the case against Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu’s case. Civilian firearm dealers, gun holders and shooting range owners have been ordered to undergo fresh vetting with effectiveness from December 17, 2018. In a statement shared from the Ministry of Internal Security, the board announced that they will carry out a 90-day rigorous verification exercise of all firearms and the certificates in the country. A waitress and her father are being held by the police for the murder of a businessman on Tuesday, 4 December.
