In an application filed as urgent, Anne Njega and 850 others claim that in January 2019 executed a three month contract with the county government. Kenya on Thursday received an additional 564,480 doses of Covid-19 Moderna vaccine. The consignment donated by the United States government through the Covax facility is expected to boost the ongoing vaccination exercise in the country. “The Kenya government thanks the US government for this kind gesture. A US court on Tuesday allowed a Kenyan man to exhume and bury his daughter who died and was buried under mysterious conditions in December 2020. Judge Brooke Allen of the Texas Probate court ordered the deceased’s alleged husband Obadiah Kinara, who had strongly resisted the exhumation of Dorothy Ong’era’s body, to pay Sh4.3 million as costs of the litigation.
