Four suspected thugs were this morning shot dead in Karen after robbing a home in the posh estate in Nairobi. The four were gunned down after the police trailed them from another car theft in Kayole. According to Nairobi Police Boss, Japheth Koome , an AK47 rifle with eight bullet was recovered. The gang, according to Police, was planning to use the car to commit robbery in Karen. High Court on Friday declined to suspend the ballot papers printing tender awarded to Dubai firm Al Ghurair and asked the Chief Justice to form a bench to hear the case. Justice George Odunga ruled on Friday that NASA failed to convince the court that the temporary orders were necessary.
