Two carjackers have been shot dead by police in Nakuru while on a mission to rob a lorry on the Gilgil–Nakuru Highway. Four have managed to escape but the police are on their trails. The six had carjacked a lorry ferrying a consignment of breakfast cereals but were intercepted at section 58 by police acting on a tip off from members of the public. A Tuk Tuk driver today attacked two police officers manning a roadblock at an unknown location, as documented in a video that has gone viral.
