Rally driver Maxine Wahome has been charged with the murder of her late boyfriend, Asad Khan. Appearing before Justice Lilian Mutende on Wednesday, Wahome pleaded not guilty. Kenya has agreed to a deal with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to receive diesel and super for the next six months, Energy Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir has said. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company will provide three cargoes of super petrol every month, he added. Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has rejected charges leveled against former Interior CS Fred Matiang’i. Interior Cabinet Secretary Prof Kithure Kindiki has stated that he will name those who profit from the ongoing banditry in Northern Kenya.
