The hotel has sent out a memo also informing its Kenyan staff that the three hours will be on shifts. IEBC has once again thrown spanner in the works after the commission outlawed use of phones and cameras in polling booths. The order is to protect the integrity of the vote. It includes not taking pictures of people queuing to vote.
