Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has directed the Director Of Criminal Investigations to release NASA Strategist and Economist David Ndii on police bond pending investigations. Further, DPP has directed that once investigations are completed, the resultant inquiry file be forwarded to the ODPP for appropriate directions. Doctors at Thika Level Five hospital have removed 13 sewing needles from the body of a10-month-old baby. The baby had been admitted at the hospital for pneumonia and her mother while applying jelly on the baby was pricked by a needle lodged inside the baby. She then alerted the doctors and an X-ray revealed the hoard of needles inside the baby’s body prompting an operation which has been largely successful.
