Kieni Member of Parliament Kanini Kega has faulted Ministries over the misappropriation of Pesa Kwa Wazee funds adding that they are not monitored effectively. Migori Governor Okoth Obado has surrendered to detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission in Kisii following an order by the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) to have him arrested for theft of Sh73 million Migori County funds. 3 of the 11 suspects who escaped from police cells in Bungoma County after digging a hole have been arrested.
