A taxi driver and his client have been charged for kidnapping a police officer in Westlands and dumping him in Githurai. Ambuku is said to have defrauded Kenyans and foreigners millions of shillings while posing as a senior procurement officer in various government ministries. The contractors of the famous Thika Superhighway are yet to be paid Sh428 million, the Auditor General has revealed.
