The family of ex-Kameme FM presenter Jedidah Wambui is seeking justice following the mysterious death of their kin in Seattle, US. Wambui was a renowned Kamene FM presenter from 2000 to 2012. Two men have been arrested for trafficking bhang worth Sh9 million in Transamara sub-county, Narok. The two men aged 63 and 28 years were nabbed after 331 kilograms of bhang estimated to be worth Sh9 million was discovered in a truck. Three men, Julius Nkolong Enkare, Adam Gituma Mugambi and Mohammed Jelly Adan will spend 20 years in jail for the Offence of trafficking 446 Kgs of Cannabis Sativa. The ruling was delivered by Hon Cosmas Maundu, the Chief Magistrate in Garissa Law Courts. Tiras Kimathi Murage, the photographer behind the iconic Dedan Kimathi’s photo has passed on aged 90 years. Murage’s family has confirmed that he passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 after battling heart-related complications for a long time. A ghastly accident involving a sugarcane tractor and two busses in Homa Bay county has left three members of the same family dead. The accident happened along the Rodi-Ndhiwa highway. More rainfall is expected in Nairobi and parts of Western Kenya, the Kenya Meteorological Department (MET) has announced. Through a statement, MET revealed that moderate to heavy rainfall will be expected in the Western sides including Bungoma, Eldoret, Kericho, and Kitale.
