When it comes to raw damage output, few can match the capabilities of the following unique weapons. They’re the best in Path of Exile for a reason, since few other weapons come with as many desirable modifiers as these.

Death’s Opus

The Hand of Wisdom and Action is one of the silliest-sounding items in the game, but it’s also one of the strongest as well. It’s essential if you’re going for a claw-focused life leach build, as it offers all required modifiers for such a build: attack speed, life leech, and elemental damage.

To get this item you’ll have to farm Esh in the Forked Though, as it’s one of those items that can’t be chanced with a Chance Orb. Alternatively, you can buy PoE currency and grab it off the market, which might just be the safest bet.

Law of the Wilds

Law of the Wilds is a unique Hellion’s Paw that’s dropped by Oshabi in Avatar of the Grove. The thing that makes this claw one of the best weapons in Path of Exile is that it’s the perfect weapon for running crit builds. It offers increased crit chance, a global crit modifier, attack speed, and it summons a spectral wolf from time to time.
