CA Advertises Contract and Permanent Jobs

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has announced several job vacancies on both contract and permanent and pensionable terms.
In a public notice issued on Tuesday, December 16, the authority said it is seeking qualified and experienced Kenyans to fill senior management and technical positions.
On contract terms, CA is recruiting for the positions of Director, Universal Service Fund; Director, Competition Management, Consumer Protection and Corporate Communications; and Deputy Director, Expenditure and Treasury Management.
The authority is also hiring staff on permanent and pensionable terms. These include Deputy Director for Consumer Protection and Empowerment, Deputy Director for Planning and Project Management, Principal Officer for Administration, Senior Officer for Organisational Development, Senior Administration Officer for Security, and several Officer II roles.
The Officer II positions are in areas such as Frequency Planning and Licensing, Frequency Monitoring and Compliance, Standards and Numbering, Cyber Investigations and Forensics, Property Management, Insurance, Project Development, and Telecoms Inspection and Compliance. CA is also recruiting three Legal Officers, an Officer II for Broadcasting Licensing, and an Office Assistant.
“The Authority offers a competitive package in line with its Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual and other prevailing government Guidelines,” the notice reads.
Applicants are required to submit a detailed CV, a copy of their National ID, academic and professional certificates, and clearance documents, including tax compliance, HELB clearance, certificate of good conduct, EACC clearance, and CRB clearance.

The application deadline has been extended from December 22, 2025, to December 31, 2025, at 5.00 pm East African Time.
The authority noted that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
