Chuck Norris Last Video Before Death

The final social media post by legendary actor and martial artist Chuck Norris has captured global attention, offering a glimpse into his final days before his sudden death at 86.
In a video shared on March 10 to mark his birthday, Norris appeared energetic and upbeat, celebrating what he described as his “good health.” The clip showed the action star demonstrating light martial arts moves outdoors, reflecting the strength and discipline that defined his career.
“I don’t age, I level up,” Norris told his followers in the video. “I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young.”
He went on to express gratitude for his life and supporters, saying he was thankful for “another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love,” while also appreciating fans for their continued support over the years.
Just days after the post, Norris was reportedly rushed to hospital following a medical emergency while on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. According to reports, he was said to be in good spirits at the time, although details surrounding the incident were not made public.
However, his family later confirmed that he died on March 19, describing his passing as sudden. In a statement, they said he was surrounded by family and died peacefully.
“To the world, he was a martial artist, actor and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and the heart of our family,” the statement read.
The family expressed gratitude for his life and legacy, noting that he inspired millions across the world through his work, discipline and kindness.
Norris is survived by his wife, Gena O’Kelley, their twins, and three children from previous relationships. His son, Dakota, paid tribute in an emotional message, thanking his father for the values he instilled and promising to honour his legacy.
Born on March 10, 1940, Norris rose from humble beginnings to become a global icon in martial arts and entertainment. At the time of his death, he had an estimated net worth of $70 million, built through decades of success in film, television and business ventures.
