Churchill Show comedian and MC Sleepy David has been unveiled as the new presenter who will replace Felix Odiwuor popularly known as Jalang’o at the Hot 96 breakfast show.
The comedian who had Churchill show as the launching pad for his career was the first comedian to create his own mobile game, ‘keep sleepy awake.’

He will host the show alongside veteran journalist Jeff Koinange on the breakfast show.
Jalang’o left abruptly to go to Milele FM under MediaMax Network where he will reunite with his former co-host Alex Mwakideu. Mwakideu left Radio Maisha after failing to find the best replacement for his Swahili fans.
In other news, veteran radio presenter Vincet Ateya has taken over Radio Citizen’s morning show Jambo Kenya, after 8 years since he left the station. He was among the first presenters for the Jambo Kenya show. He will host the show alongside comedian David Mwambili alias Mwala.
There have been a wave of movement of journalists for both television and radio stations in the recent past in search for greener pastures and creation of the best combination for higher ratings.
