    Daniela del Carmen Alvarado Álvarez is a Venezuelan actress born on October 23, 1981, in Caracas, Venezuela.

    She has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry through her work in television, theater, and film.

    She is the daughter of acclaimed Venezuelan actors Daniel Alvarado and Carmen Julia Álvarez.

    Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the performing arts strongly influenced her path into acting.

    She married fellow actor José Manuel Suárez on June 15, 2021.

    Alvarado began her career in Venezuelan telenovelas, where she quickly gained recognition as a versatile actress.

    She achieved international prominence with her lead role as Juana Pérez in the 2002 series Juana la Virgen.

    Additional film projects include My Straight Son, Punto y Raya, God’s Slave, and El enemigo.

    In 2023, Alvarado won the Margot Benacerraf Award for Best Actress.

    That same year, she also received a special honor recognizing her overall acting career.

    She was awarded the Isaac Chocron Award for Best Actress in 2023 for her work in theater.

    Her role in Azul y No Tan Rosa contributed to the film winning the Goya Award for Best Ibero-American Film in 2014.
