    Diamond Platnumz Urges Fans To Support Rapper Nyashinski

    Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz has urged his supporters to throw their weight behind Kenyan rapper, Nyashinski who has been nominated for the MTV EMAs.

    Nyashinski is going up against Nigeria’s Wizkid, Nasty C for the Best African Act.

    Making the announcement on Instagram, Wasafi Classic CEO urged his supporters to vote for a fellow East African.

    Please let’s not forget to vote for @realshinski as the Best African Act on MTV EMA!!! (Ndugu yetu @realshinski yupo katika tunzo za @MtvEma kwenye kipengele cha Msanii bora Africa… tafadhali tusikose mpigia kura ili kwa pamoja tuilete Tunzo hii Nyumbani…)

    In 2014, Sauti Sol bagged the award followed by Diamond Platnumz in 2015 then Ali Kiba in 2016.

    Nyashinski has released some major hits ever since making his way back to Kenya form the States.

    He has under his under hits like Aminia, Mungu Pekee, Malaika.

    His latest collaboration with Mama Africa aka Yemi Alade, Nakupenda has received immense and airplay across Kenya.

    The 2017 MTV EMAs will be held at The SSE Arena in Wembley, London, on 12 November 2017.

    Rita Ora will be hosting the event.
