City lawyer Donald B. Kipkorir wants the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the State House Deputy Chief of Staff, Nzioka Waita to take action against an individual who while tweeting on behalf of PSCU abused him.
The individual referred to the lawyer as a ‘slayqueen and socialite lawyer.’
PSCU was replying to Donald’s tweet addressing Nairobi governor Mike Sonko and his deputy Polycarp Igathe on the rise of ‘mitumbas, kiosks and matatus’ in Nairobi’s Karen estate.
”Your Excellencies Gov. @MikeSonko & Dep. Gov @IgathePolycarp , when we moved to Karen, we thought we were climbing up Maslow Hierarchy … But what are kiosks, matatus & mitumba clothes doing here? Where is our Masterplan? Kenya is a Capitalist State. Let Karen be Karen,” the tweet read.
The person tweeting using the PSCU account, he said was ‘in violation of Chapter 6 Of our Constitution & Public Officer Ethics Act.’

But the Presidential communications unit took down the tweet and apologized to the lawyer saying that action would be taken against the person.
