Raila Odinga Junior has revealed that the Deputy President William Ruto had last year offered him and his sister Winnie Odinga top government positions.
He said that the Deputy President tried to use divide and rule tactic on them by using a very senior Ambasador to put pressure.
Raila Odinga Junior said that they both rejected the positions. He posted that he posting the tweet in response to DP Ruto’s claims that his father Raila Odinga had approached him four times before the handshake.

“Before Raila Odinga engaged the President on the ‘handshake’, he engaged me, 4 times, but I declined. All engagements within Jubilee have to start with the President,” he said.
