Four people have died after part of Dream City nightclub in Kondele, Kisumu burnt down.
Others are said to have escaped with injuries as fire fighters battled the 4 am fire. More people are believed to be trapped in the club, that up until 8 am Wednesday morning was still in flames.
A witness said that four people were rescued before the fire spread.

Kisumu county police commander, John Kamau says the cause of fire is yet to be established.
Also present at the scene of incident was Deputy Governor Mathews Owili.
