Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr has distanced himself from this afternoon’s loss to Ulinzi Stars in the KPL saying “it’s not my fault.”
Stars handed the 2018 KPL champions-elect their second loss on the trot and third overall this season with a 2-0 thumping at the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos.
A brace from Elvis Nandwa was enough to revenge the soldiers’ first leg loss to the 17-time champs.
Gor players headed into the tie protesting unpaid salaries and allowances and did not train since losing 1-0 to Thika United three days back.

In post-match comments Kerr, who was visibly angry, expressly said that it wasn’t his fault that the team lost and walked off without adding another word.
“It’s not my fault. Thank you,” the back to back KPL winning coach said.
On Tuesday, the Englishman plus the rest of the technical bench waited in vain for the players to show up in training at Parklands Sports Club, Nairobi.
