    The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) launched state-of-the-art interview facilities developed with technical and financial support from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Embassy, and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).

    Speaking during the unveiling, EA CC Chief Executive Officer, Abdi Mohamud, noted that the new facilities mark a significant milestone in the modernization of the Commission’s investigative processes.
    He expressed appreciation to the partners for their sustained support in promoting ethics, transparency, accountability, and good governance.

    The United States Embassy Chargé d’Affaires, Susan Burns, stated that the facilities will directly enhance EACC’s capacity to conduct professional and effective investigations. She underscored that the fight against corruption remains a fundamental pillar of effective law enforcement.

    INL Director Maureen Mimnaugh reaffirmed INL’s commitment to continued collaboration with the Commission, observing that Kenya’s long-term prosperity is closely linked to the successful realization of EACC’s mandate, vision, and mission EACC has enhanced its efforts to fight graft at various levels.

    This has led to recovery of property and cash stolen.
