Gor Mahia new signing Erisa Ssekisambu arrived in the country last evening and will be unveiled today (Wednesday).

The forward penned a two-year-deal with the reigning Kenyan champions late October but money had not exchanged hands hence delaying the completion of the move.

The 23-year-old former Vipers SC player is expected to join the rest of the team as they begin a one-week-camp in Nakuru County this morning.

Erisa’s arrival adds to six the number of foreign players at K’Ogalo and the club will have to drop or loan one to create space for the Ugandan international.

According to sources, out of favor Burundian skipper Karim Nizigiyimana whose contract is running out could be dropped to beat the Kenyan Premier League foreigners’ quota.

The move is however finding resistance with a loan move for country mate Francis Mustafa, who joined the club mid this year also being considered.
