A lady has gone to court and obtained a court order directing that she be allowed to proove that Mutula Kilonzo is the father to her child. Eunice Nthenya claim that she dated the former Senator between 2005 and 2008. Eunice Nthenya happens to be the daughter of Robert Kavita Malinda who works at Mutula’s ranch as a herdsman.
In the affidavit, Eunice Nthenya claim that Mutula Kilonzo provided for the upkeep of the kid till his death. Eunice is represented by Lawyer Beatrice Chelangat while the family of Mutula Kilonzo is represented by Archer and Wilcok Advocates
