Evans Kidero Files Petition Against Governor Mike Sonko After Conceding Defeat

Former Nairobi governor Evans Kidero has decided to contest the election of Governor Mike Sonko even after conceding defeat.Through his lawyer Tom Ojienda the former governor stated that the form 37A that were used to declare the winner had irregularities.

He said that 798 of the1300 form 37As had not been signed by party agents and lacked the IEBC stamp.Evans Kidero noted that at least 12 forms had different dates when the presiding officer signed.

The forms that were most affected were from Roysambu,Embakasi North and Dagoretti South.

Evans Kidero had earlier conceded defeat and had offered to offer Mike Sonkoconsultations in order to make Nairobi great.
