Popular event MC and organiser Kevin Ombajo who is also known as Big Kev, is dead.
Big Kev has been suffering from brain tumor diagnosed in 2010. He died 8pm on Saturday, July 29 at the Nairobi Hospital. He has been at the hospital since February 2017 when he was admitted to the facility.
The tumor had refused to respond to over 14 surgeries in Kenya and India. The last surgery performed on him was on 3rd February at the Nairobi hospital.
Some of the operations led to him losing his eyesight and paralysis on his left side of the body.
In February, his friends raised over Ksh 7.1million in a Ksh 10,000 per attendant dinner at the Carnivore restaurant in Nairobi.
