    Former Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma has said he will follow in Raila Odinga’s foot steps and be sworn in as Kisumu governor.

    He said that he believes he won the elections and therefore will swear himself in as the governor

    He said that Raila Odinga set the precedent after a stolen vote and therefore he would not be wrong if he did the same and claim his seat as well.

    He lost the election to Professor Anyang Nyong’o, He took a petition to court and lost but vowed to appeal saying that the high court judge had error ed in his judgement.
